摘要
汽车用铝合金通常要求具有较高的耐蚀性能。为探究不同表面状态对合金耐蚀性的影响,本工作对6016铝合金进行了不同的表面处理,包括光板表面、光板+钛锆涂层、毛化表面、毛化+钛锆涂层,通过扫描电镜、结痂腐蚀(SCAB)及丝状腐蚀(FFC)试验,对比了不同表面6016合金的表面微观形貌和腐蚀结果。结果表明,毛化处理与钛锆处理可减少合金表面轧制和碱洗产生的细微裂纹,使合金表面更均匀,从而提升了合金耐SCAB腐蚀和耐FFC腐蚀的能力。
Aluminum alloys used in automobiles are usually required to have high corrosion resistance.To explore the effects of differnet surface conditions on the corrosion resistance of alloy,6016 alloy was subjected to different surface treatments,including MF surface,MF+TiZr coat-ign,EDT surface and EDT+TiZr coating,and the surface micro-morphology and corrosion results of 6016 alloy in different surface conditions were compared by SEM,SCAB and FFC tests.Results showed that the EDT treatment and TiZr treatment could reduce the fine cracks caused by rolling and alkali washing on the surface of the alloy,and make the surface of the alloy more uniform,thus improving the ability of the alloy to resist SCAB corrosion and FFC corrosion.
