影像组学在喉癌诊疗中的应用综述 被引量:1

摘要 介绍了影像组学的概念及优点,综述了影像组学在喉癌术前分期、预后及疗效预测、颈部淋巴结转移预测等方面的应用现状,分析了影像组学在喉癌诊疗应用中存在的不足,指出了纳入更多的临床信息、采用更丰富的研究方法、提高提取影像组学特征的可重复性是未来喉癌影像组学研究的发展方向。 The concept and advantages of radiomics were introduced.The current status of the application of radiomics in preoperative staging,prognosis and efficacy prediction and neck lymph node metastasis prediction of laryngeal cancer was reviewed.The disadvantages of radiomics were analyzed when used for the diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal cancer.It's pointed out the inclusion of rich clinical information,the involvement of various study methods and the improvement of the reproducibility of extracting radiomics features were future directions of radiomics research of laryngeal cancer.
