基于加权TOPSIS法建立注射用环磷酰胺评价标准及用药合理性评价

Establishment of drug utilization evaluation criteria of cyclophosphamide for injection based on weighted TOPSIS method and rationality evaluation

目的:建立基于加权TOPSIS法的注射用环磷酰胺药物利用评价(DUE)标准,并对注射用环磷酰胺利用的合理性进行探讨,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:参考相关资料建立我院注射用环磷酰胺DUE标准,并采用加权TOPSIS法对2020年1月-2021年12月我院共238份使用注射用环磷酰胺的归档病历进行评价。结果:238份病历中相对接近度(Ci)最高为1,最低为0.333,Ci≥80%的病历172份(72.27%),60%≤Ci<80%的病历26份(10.92%),Ci<60%的病历40份(16.81%)。不合理用药主要集中在用量用法、注意事项、药物相互作用、不良反应监测与处理。结论:基于加权TOPSIS法评价注射用环磷酰胺用药合理性,评价结果直观、科学,且操作性强,对提高临床用药合理性及医院药事质量管理的水平具有重要意义。

Objective:To establish the drug utilization evaluation(DUE)criteria of cyclophosphamide for injection based on the weighted technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)method and explore the rationality of its utilization to provide references for clinical rational drug use.Methods:The DUE criteria of cyclophosphamide for injection in our hospital were established according to relevant data,and a total of 238 archived cases using cyclophosphamide for injection in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were evalutaed by the weighted TOPSIS method.Results:Among 238 archived cases,the highest relative proximity(Ci)was 1 and the lowest was 0.333.There were 172 cases(72.27%)with Ci≥80%,26 cases(10.92%)with 60%≤Ci<80%,and 40 cases(16.81%)with Ci<60%.Irrational drug use was mainly focused on dosage and usage,precautions,drug interaction,monitoring and management of adverse drug reaction.Conclusion:The evaluation criteria of rationality of cyclophosphamide for injection were intuitive,scientific and operable based on the weighted TOPSIS method,which was of great significance for improving rational drug use and the level of hospital pharmacy quality management.
