卸油管断裂汽油泄漏扩散数值模拟研究

摘要 为研究不同管径的汽油罐车卸油管断裂后的泄漏情况,利用FLUENT建立不同管径卸油管的物理模型,对汽油泄漏进行模拟分析。结果表明:汽油泄漏在地面沿泄漏方向正前方呈现出有尖端的扇形扩散;泄漏初期,孔径大小对汽油的泄漏扩散范围影响不大,随着泄漏时长的增加,孔径越大,汽油扩散范围和堆积厚度增加得越明显。研究结果可为加油站汽油罐车卸油泄漏事故提供应急处置依据。 In order to study the leakage under the oil discharge tube fracture of gasoline tank trucks with different sizes,The FLUENT software was used to established the physical models of different pipe sizes and simulate the gasoline leakage.The results show that the gasoline uncork and diffuse in a shape of circular sector with a sharp point in the ground along the right ahead of the leakage direction;and that the tube aperture size has a little influence on the scope of the leakage and diffusion of the gasoline,and the diffusion scope and accumulative thickness of the gasoline stack more clear with the increasing of the time and the tube aperture size.The results can provide emergency basis for the disposition of the unloading leakage accident of gasoline tank trucks.
