Research on the Ideological and Political Teaching of Safety Management

为了在安全管理学课程教学过程中实现“立德树人”的根本目的,文章围绕安全管理学课程的教学内容,挖掘安全管理学课程中的思政元素,设计围绕课程元素的具体教学方法,同时提出安全管理学课程思政教学效果评价方法,最终形成系统的安全管理学思政教学方案。研究成果为通过安全管理学课程教学实现培养德才兼备的安全工程专业人才提供依据。

In order to realize the fundamental purpose of"building morality and cultivating people"in the course of safety management,according to the content of Safety Management,the ideological and political elements in the course of safety management were explored,the specific teaching methods around the course elements were designed,and the evaluation method of the ideological and political teaching effect of the course of safety management were provided,and finally a systematic safety management teaching plan is developed.The research results provide a basis for cultivating safety engineering professionals with both moral integrity and ability through the safety management course.
