摘要
为提高电力信息传输网络运行的可靠性,预防和阻断安全隐患源,根据国家相关法律和电力行业技术标准,对某电力企业的信息网络故障进行收集和分析。根据企业的故障形态和故障特点,设计故障的三角控制模型,建立生态环境故障的防灾技术模块和预控策略,提出物理故障的诊断技术和有效控制方法,形成网络风险的安全防护屏障,这对促进数字电网安全、稳定、健康发展具有重要意义。
In order to improve the operation reliability of the power information transmission network,and prevent and block the sources of potential safety hazards,according to the relevant national laws and the power industry technology standards,the information network failures of a power enterprise were collected and analyzed.Aiming at the fault form and fault characteristics of the enterprise,the triangular control model of the fault was designed,the disaster prevention technology module and pre-control strategy for the ecological environment fault were established,the diagnosis technology and effective control method for the physical fault were proposed,and the safety protection barrier for the network risk was formed,which is of great significance to promote the safe,stable and healthy development of the digital power grid.
