摘要
区域经济发展对高素质“双创”人才有迫切的需求,由此也为高校确定人才培养战略提供了引导。本文围绕校企协同培养“双创”人才展开研究,首先阐述了区域经济发展与“双创”人才培养之间的协调互动关系,然后分析了不同主体在协同育人中的角色定位与功能,最后探讨了基于区域经济发展的校企协同培养“双创”人才的实施策略。
Regional economic development has an urgent demand for high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents,which also provides guidance for colleges and universities to formulate talent training strategies.This paper focuses on the university-enterprise collaborative training innovative and entrepreneurial talents.Firstly,it expounds the coordination and interaction between regional economic development and innovative and entrepreneurial talents training,then analyzes the role positioning and function of different subjects in collaborative education,and finally discusses the implementation strategy of university-enterprise collaborative training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents based on regional economic development.
