摘要
在开展“1+X”证书制度试点工作背景下,以应用型本科院校为研究对象,总结新商科人才培养模式在人才培养目标、课程体系、教学组织及人才培养评价体系四个方面面临的挑战,提出优化路径。第一,校企人才共建探索人才新定位,多管齐下提升专业新能力;第二,融合X证书技能模块重构课程体系,强化社会服务职能,打造新商科专业特色;第三,开展X不同等级证书培训的校企精准对接,打造与时俱进的教师队伍;第四,多维度评价人才培养成效,建立并优化基于学分银行的学习成果评价机制,以期为新商科人才培养模式研究提供参考。
Under the background of carrying out the pilot work of"1+X'certificate system,taking the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities as the research object,this paper summarizes the challenges faced by the new business talent training mode in four aspects:talent training objectives,curriculum system,teaching organization and talent training evaluation system,and then puts forward the optimization paths.First,the university and enterprise talents should jointly build and explore new positioning of talents,and improve new professional capabilities in a multi-pronged way.Second,integrate the skills module of X certificate to reconstruct the curriculum system,and strengthen the social service function to create the characteristics of the new business major.Third,carry out the precise connection between universities and enterprises for different levels of certificate training,and build a team of teachers that keep pace with the times.Fourth,evaluate the effect of talent training in multiple dimensions to establish and optimize the learning achievement evaluation mechanism based on credit bank.These paths are expected to provide reference for the research of training mode of new business talents.
