全面抗战时期贵州儿童保育工作历史考察

A Historical Survey of Child Care Work in Guizhou during the Anti-Japanese War

全面抗战爆发,儿童作为民族前途的未来饱受战争摧残,数以万计的儿童被迫流离失所。为服务于全国抗战大局,儿童保育工作应运而生。贵州作为战地大后方承担来自前线难民儿童的重要职责。战时儿童保育贵州分会的成立,涵养着所属保育院的生根开花,在经费极度紧张的情况下,各分院主要从接纳内迁难童、开设教育课程、谋求儿童升学、展开医疗护理方面落实保育工作,取得了积极成效。其深远意义在于为国家保护和培养了一批战后人才,引发对社会儿童福利事业的重视以及起到助推抗战胜利的积极作用。

The outbreak of the all-out war of resistance against Japanese aggression,children as the future of the nation suffered war damage,tens of thousands of children were forced to be displaced.In order to serve the overall situation of the national War of resistance,the child care work arises at the historic moment.Guizhou,as the rear area of the battlefield,bears the important responsibility of refugee children from the front lines.The establishment of the Guizhou Branch of Wartime Child Care preserved the roots and flowering of the affiliated nurseries.Under the circumstance of extremely tight funds,each branch mainly carried out the childcare work in the aspects of accepting the migrant children,setting up education courses,seeking children’s education,and carrying out medical care,and achieved positive results.Its far-reaching significance lies in the protection and training of a group of post-war talents for the country,triggering the social welfare of children and played a positive role in promoting the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.
