摘要
设计速度是城市快速路最重要的技术标准,决定着其他技术标准和投资规模。从城市快速路设计速度的影响因素、案例分析和设计规范三个方面,总结出快速路设计速度选取的4项原则,同一条快速路尽量选取统一的技术标准,不同设计速度路段相互衔接时,相邻路段前后的平纵线形技术指标应相互协调与配合,平纵线形技术指标应逐渐变化,变化处设置明显标志,且分段设计速度分界点且选择在互通玄交或出入口匝道位置,基于该原则选取赣南大道快速路的设计速度。
Design speed is the most important technical standard of urban expressway,which determines the other technical standards and investment scale.Four principles of selecting the design speed of urban expressway are summarized from three aspects of influence factors,case analysis and specifications.The unified technical standards should be selected as far as possible for the same expressway.When the road sections with the different design speeds are connected to each other,the horizontal and vertical linear technical indicators before and after adjacent sections should coordinate and cooperate with each other and these indexes should change gradually.The obvious signs are set up at the changes and the demarcation points of design speed for sections are easily selected at the positions of interchange or access ramps.The design speed of Gannan Avenue expressway is selected according to the principles.
