工业机器人技术高水平专业群组群逻辑研究

摘要 《中国制造2025》战略对我国制造业提出新挑战,随着新一代信息技术与制造技术的深度融合,装备制造产业发展带来的复合创新型技术技能人才需求,使得组建高水平专业群协同育人成为必然趋势。文章针对汽车制造与3C行业复合、创新型技术技能人才为主线,遵循产业学科视域的组群逻辑,以工业机器人技术专业为主体,电气自动化技术和机械制造与自动化技术专业为两翼,汽车制造与试验技术为应用打造高水平专业群,提出“全流程产业链一岗位群一培养目标一课程群一专业群”的一套合理的一体两翼一应用的复合创新型人才培养专业群组群逻辑方案。 "Made in China 2025"strategy poses new challenges to China's manufacturing industry.With the deep integration of the new generation of information technology and manufacturing technology,the development of equipment manufacturing industry brings the demand for complex innovative technical skills,which makes the establishment of high-level professional group collaborative education become an inevitable trend.This paper focuses on the combination of automobile manufactring and 3C industry and innovative techical talents as the main line,fllows the group logic from the perspective of industrial disciplines,takes industrial robot technology as the main body,electrical automation technology and mechanical manufacturing and automation technology as the two wings,and automotive manufacturing and testing technology as the application to build high-level professional groups.This paper puts forward a set of rational logic scheme of "whole process industrial chain-post group-training objective-course group-professional group",which integrates two wings and one application.
