早期康复护理对脑梗死患者预后影响的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Effect of Early Rehabilitation Nursing on Prognosis of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的:系统评价早期康复护理对脑梗死患者预后的影响,为脑梗死患者临床护理提供参考依据。方法:在中国知网、万方医学、Medline、Embase、Cochrane图书馆查阅相关文献,提取有用信息,整合数据,使用数据库从建立至2021年12月,评价各项研究质量,将其研究结果进行系统分析。结果:14篇文献纳入研究,涉及1534名患者。实验组767例,对照组767例。根据Meta分析结果显示,早期康复护理能有效提高脑梗死病人的日常生活能力、神经功能和生活质量。结论:早期康复护理对顺利渡过危险期的脑梗死患者临床应用效果比常规护理有明显的优势。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the impact of early rehabilitation care on the prognosis of pa⁃tients with cerebral infarction,and to provide a reference basis for clinical care of patients with cerebral infarction.METHODS:Relevant literature was reviewed in China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Medicine,Medline,Embase and Cochrane Library to extract useful information,integrate data,and evaluate the quality of each study using the da⁃tabase from its establishment to December 2021,and their findings were systematically analyzed.Results:Fourteen papers were included in the study,involving 1534 patients.767 patients were in the experimental group and 767 in the control group.According to the results of Meta-analysis,early rehabilitation care was effective in improving the daily living ability,neurological function and quality of life of patients with cerebral infarction.Conclusion:Early re⁃habilitation care has significant advantages over conventional care in the clinical application of cerebral infarction pa⁃tients who have successfully passed the risk period.
