College chemical laboratories cover the disciplines of chemistry,environment,life science,materials and etc.They are an important part of universities,as well as an important base for undergraduate practical teaching,scientific research,and technology breakthroughs.However,compared with other laboratory,chemical laboratory,except from the hidden dangers of instruments and equipment,the storage,use and follow-up treatment of various dangerous chemicals are the essential safety hazard.At the same time,the tedious operation of chemical experiments process increases the risk factor of chemical laboratory.How to ensure the normal operation and safety management of chemical laboratory in universities is an urgent task.This paper discusses specific practice of the construction and safety management of chemical laboratory in universities from the perspective of the detailed rules for the blind spot of safety management and the elimination of potential safety hazard.
