摘要
黄河刘家峡洮河口排沙洞及扩机工程不仅要保持在排沙洞“常流水”状态下排沙发电,还担负着刘家峡电站(老厂)厂用电系统备用电源的任务。针对以上特点,本文提出了一种机组自用电系统多电源备用的厂用电接线方式:正常运行时,机组自用电系统与厂内公用电系统分开供电;特殊情况下,机组自用电系统电源可以引自另一台机组自用电系统或公用电系统,采用机组自用电、厂内公用电及照明用电混合的供电方式;即便全厂自用变全部故障,该接线方式仍能确保机组自用电系统正常可靠运行。
Liujiaxia Yaohekou desilting tunnel and expansion project on the Yellow River not only keeps desilting and power generation under the status of constant flow in desilting tunnel,but also undertakes the power backup of the station service power system of old Liujiaxia Hydropower Station.In view of the above mentioned features,a sta⁃tion service power wiring mode with multi-power backup is put forward for unit self-use power system.During nor⁃mal operation,the unit self-use power supply is separated from the plant public-use power supply.Under special circumstances,the unit self-use power system is able to be connected to the self-use power system of other unit or the plant public-use power system.With the mixed power supply mode of unit self-use power system,plant public use power system and lighting power system,even if all self-use transformers in the plant fail,this wiring mode is still able to ensure normal and reliable operation of unit self-use power system.
