密云水库信息化建设的现实分析与发展趋势

摘要 密云水库主要承担拦蓄上游来水、水库防洪调度、调蓄南水北调中线来水等功能。涉及水生态文明建设和水安全保障的各环节,对实时监测、智能模拟、综合研判具有很高要求。介绍了密云水库在水务信息化建设方面取得的成就,分析了水务信息化工作中存在的矛盾与问题,提出了通过应用新一代信息技术,完善感知系统,实现信息互联和融合,提升密云水库的信息系统智能化水平。 Miyun Reservoir mainly undertakes the functions of retaining upstream inflow,flood control,regulation and storage of the water from the mid-route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project etc.,which involves all links of water ecological civilization construction and water safety guarantee,so it has high requirements for real-time monitoring,intelligent simulation and comprehensive research and judgment.An introduction was made on the achievements of Minyun Reservoir in water informatization construction,based on which the authors analyze the contradictions and problems existing in water informatization construction,propose to apply new information tech⁃nology,perfect the perception system,realize information interconnection and integration,upgrade the intelligent level of information system for Miyun Reservoir.
