摘要
运用实证调研的方法,采用SPSS26.0对数据进行统计分析后发现,高校引导新时代大学生基层就业工作存在基层就业专门机构缺失、基层就业课程建设不完善、基层就业激励机制不健全等问题。为此,高校要坚持就业优先战略,积极引导新时代大学生到基层就业,构建内容完善、标准健全、运行科学、保障有力、成效显著的长效引导机制,为基层社会主义现代化建设提供人才支撑。
Using the method of empirical research and SPSS26.0 to analyze the data,it is found that there are some problems in the guidance work of college students grass roots employment in the new era,such as the lack of specialized institutions for grass roots employment,the imperfect construction of grass roots employment courses,and the im perfect incentive mechanism for grass roots employment.To this end,colleges and universities should adhere to the strategy of giving priority to employment,actively guide collge students in the new era to work at the grass roots level,and build a long term guidance mechanism with complete content,sound standards,scientific operation,strong security and significant results,so as to provide talent support for the grass-roots socialist constraction.
