劳动教育融入高职院校资助育人的路径探析 被引量:1

摘要 习近平总书记在全国教育大会上指出要在全国弘扬劳动精神,教育并引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动,为社会主义培养更多具备劳动精神和劳动能力的建设者和接班人。劳动教育作为衔接德智体美的重要实践形式,对于高职院校实现立德树人具有重要意义。基于劳动教育在融入高职院校资助育人过程中遇到重视服务、忽视引导,重视形式、忽视过程,重视输入、忽视输出的现实困境,提出加强劳动价值观培育、注重劳动实践过程思考、重视劳动技能输出培养的实施路径,以此促进家庭经济困难学生的全面发展,为劳动教育融入高职院校资助育人提供新的思路。 General secretary Xi Jinping has been pointed out that:“Carry forward the spirit of work,educate and guide students to respect work”at the national education convention,so as to train more builders with the spirit of work and successors with ability of work for socialism.As an important practice form connecting moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic education,labor education with great significance for higher vocational colleges to achieve moral cultivation.Based on the realistic dilemma that labor education attaches importance to service,neglects guidance,attaches importance to form,neglects process,attaches importance to input and neglects output in the process of financial education in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the implementation path of strengthening the construction of labor values,paying attention to the process thinking of labor practice,and attaches importance to the export training of labor skills,so as to promote the all-round development of students from poor families.It provides a new way to integrate labor education into subsidized education in higher vocational colleges.
