基于国家职业标准的专业课程体系重构——以跨境电子商务专业为例

Reconstruction of Professional Curriculum System Based on National Occupational Standards

构建职业教育专业课程体系是实现人才培养目标的重要一环。通过对国家职业标准及资格证书制度发展演变过程的梳理,准确理解国家职业标准的本质和内涵。以跨境电子商务专业为例,从国家职业标准与教学标准、知识技能要求与课程内容等两个方面,阐述了职业教育专业课程体系与国家职业标准有效衔接的主要依据和方法;在此基础上,提出三点建议:选取与专业密切联系的职业标准和等级,做好课程开发;依据国家职业标准,确定基础及核心课程模块;课程体系与职业标准的有效衔接,应建立在科学分析基础之上,着眼于学生的整个职业生涯,兼顾职业适应性和终身学习的需要,在“适应”中完成“超越”。

It is an important part in talent cultivation to construct specialized course system in vocational education.The essence of national standard on occupations is better comprehended through the review of the development progress of national standard on occupations as well as qualification certificate system.Taking the Cross-broader E-commerce major as an example,the paper elaborates the main basis and methods of a valid connection between specialized course system and national standard on occupations in vocational education from the perspectives of the connection between national standard and teaching standard,and the connection between the knowledge-skill requirements and the curriculum contents.Three suggestions are given as follows:to choose a proper vocational standard for curriculum development;to ensure the modules for basic and core curricula;to set up a scientific connection without a complete copy.Comprehensive occupational abilities should be set as the final goal of talent cultivation without losing occupational paradigm and without being too utilitarian either.The focus should be on students’occupational career with the occupational adaptability and life-long-learning need included so students can strive for excellence when adapting to new environment.
