Research on the Mutual Influence between Archival Literacy and Archival Utilization Service Promotion under the Background of the New Archival Law

提升档案馆员的档案素养能力,既是新时代档案事业的基本要求,也是有效促进档案利用服务的前提。在新《档案法》实施背景下,明晰档案素养观点、探讨档案素养涵义、阐述馆员应具备档案素养的重要性、剖析档案服务推广影响因素是非常必要的,同时提出了档案资源利用的建议对策。

To improve the archives literacy of archivists is not only the basic requirement of archival career in the new era,but also the premise of effectively promoting the use of archival services,which complement each other and support each other.Under the background of the implementation of the new archives law,it is necessary to clarify the viewpoint of archival literacy,discuss the connotation of archival literacy,explain the importance of archival literacy for libr arians and the public,and analyze the influencing factors of archival service promotion.At the same time,some suggestions and countermeasures for the utilization of archival resources are put forward.
