摘要
造气吹风气余热回收装置中的选择性非催化还原脱硝单元的脱硝效率约为40%,造成脱硝后烟气中氮氧化物的含量偏高,影响硫酸铵产品的生产。将造气吹风气余热回收装置中的软水加热器和空气预热器后移,在热管蒸发器与软水加热器间增设选择性催化还原脱硝单元。改造措施实施后,烟气中氮氧化物的质量浓度由250~300 mg/m^(3)(标态)降至20 mg/m^(3)(标态)以下,达到了超低排放标准的要求;氨水消耗量由0.5 m^(3)/h降低至0.2 m^(3)/h,每年可节省运行费用131万元。
The denitration efficiency of the selective non-catalytic reduction denitration unit in the waste heat recovery unit of the blowing gas in gasification section is about 40%,resulting in a high content of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas after denitration,which affects the production of ammonium sulfate products.The soft water heater and air preheater in the waste heat recovery unit of blowing gas for gasification section are moved backward,and a selective catalytic reduction denitration unit is added between the heat pipe evaporator and the soft water heater.After the implementation of the renovation measures,the mass concentration of nitrogen oxides in the flue gas is reduced from 250-300 mg/m 3(standard state)to below 20 mg/m ^(3)(stand state),which meets the requirements of ultra-low emission standards.The consumption of ammonia water is reduced from 0.5 m^(3)/h to 0.2 m^(3)/h,which can save 1.31 million yuan in operating costs every year.
