教师教育课程质量保障制度:现状、问题与建议 被引量:5

摘要 教师教育课程是教师教育质量保障体系的重要组成部分。为保障教师教育课程质量,国家层面通过颁布《教师教育课程标准》以规范教师教育课程,透过师范类专业认证以对教师教育课程实施评估,设立教师培养教学指导委员会及教育专业学位教育指导委员会以指导师范类专业建设;省级层面通过建立省教师教育质量监控中心,开展师范生培养质量专项督查工作;高校层面则构建课程建设制度、课程评价制度。当前,高校教师教育课程质量保障制度主要存在的问题包括:高校在落实教师教育课程标准中面临挑战;高校院系教学指导委员会对课程咨询和指导不足;高校课程评估与改进制度有待完善。基于此,建议高校院系一级设立课程建设与发展委员会,建立健全课程评估与改进制度。 Teacher education curriculum is an important part of teacher education quality assurance system.At the state level,in order to ensure the quality of preservice teacher education curriculum,the policy document“Curriculum Standards for Teacher Education”is issued to regulate the opening of teacher education curriculum;the state has promulgated the Teacher Education Curriculum Standard to evaluate teacher education curriculum through teachers’profession accreditation,and set up the Teacher Preparation Teaching Guidance Committee and the Educational Professional Degree Education Guidance Committee to guide the construction of normal specialty.At the province level,the province was established the center for teacher education quality monitoring and implemented the quality of preservice teachers cultivation supervise.At the teacher education institute level,teacher education institute has established curriculum construction system and curriculum evaluation system.At present,the main problems include:universities face challenges in implementing the Teacher Education Curriculum Standards;the teaching guidance committee has deficiencies in the consultation and guidance of the curriculum;the university curriculum evaluation and improvement system needs to be further improved.Based on this,it is suggested that a curriculum construction and development committee should be established at the department level of the university,established and perfecting the a curriculum evaluation and improvement system.
