高质量教育背景下中小学心理健康教育改革的三重逻辑:准则、挑战与破解 被引量:10

The Triple Logic of Mental Health Education Reform in Primary and Secondary Schools under the Background of High-quality Education:Criteria,Challenges and Solutions

摘要 中小学心理健康教育既是促进学生身心全面和谐发展与素质全方位提高的重要途径,又是推动实现国家教育现代化和建设教育强国的基础保障。研究从心理健康教育的共性与特性出发,运用共生理论分析框架对中小学心理健康教育进行内核透视,提出在高质量教育时期“提质增效”“多域贯穿”“全纳融通”和“稳健强能”的优质准则,并揭示出其所面临的“家校轻视惯习”“社会刻板效应”“主科内卷侵占”与“虚拟社交冲击”的现实挑战。基于此,中小学心理健康教育高质量改革发展的破解策略包括对标精准管理,打造“质量循促型”的共生常态;激活模式创新,促成“思行生活化”的共生维度;深化学理研究,提振“学术话语权”的共生支持;完善体系建设,实现“服务全天候”的共生周期。 Mental health education in primary and secondary schools is not only an important way to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of students’body and mind and the overall improvement of their quality,but also the basic guarantee to promote the realization of national education modernization and the construction of educational power.Based on the commonalities and characteristics of mental health education,the research applies the symbiotic theoretical analysis framework to conduct a core perspective on mental health education in primary and secondary schools,proposing high-quality standards of“improving quality and efficiency”,“multi-domain penetration”,“nclusive integration”and“robustness and strong ability”during the period of high-quality education,and reveal the real challenges of“home-school despising habits”,“social stereotypes”,“main subject internal invasion”and“virtual social impact”.Based on this,the solution strategies for the high-quality reform and development of mental health education in primary and secondary schools include benchmarking and precise management to create a symbiotic normal of“quality cycle promoting type”,activating model innovation and promoting the symbiotic dimension of“thinking and acting into life-style”,deepening academic research and boosting the symbiotic support of“academic discourse power”,improving system construction to achieve a symbiotic cycle of“full time service”.
