湖南某石墨矿的选矿试验研究

摘要 试验选用湖南某地的石墨矿进行研究,探索适合当地石墨资源开发的选矿工艺。本次试验使用新型磨矿设备,创新石墨浮选捕收剂AM和高效矿浆分散抑制剂LJF,原矿经过磨矿后,一粗三精,石墨粗精矿再磨后,获得石墨精矿固定碳含量90.17%,回收率达到92.27%。流程简化、富集比高、能耗低,生产成本低。石墨精矿全部达到90级以上。 The graphite ore from a certain place in Hunan was selected for research,to explore the mineral processing technology suitable for the development of local graphite resources.This experiment uses new grinding equipment,innovates graphite flotation collector AM and efficient pulp dispersion inhibitor LJF.After the raw ore was ground,one roughing and three refining was carried out,after the coarse graphite concentrate was reground,the fixed carbon content of the graphite concentrate was 90.17%,and the recovery rate reached 92.27%.The process is simplified,the enrichment ratio is high,the energy consumption and the production cost is low.Graphite concentrates reached more than 90 grades.
