摘要
硫回收是硫化锌精矿氧压浸出工艺中非常关键的一环,其设备选择在复杂的硫回收工艺中尤为重要。文章对硫回收工艺的硫精矿浮选、过滤、熔化以及熔融硫过滤、造粒设备进行理论分析与实践总结,对硫回收主要关键设备设计选型提供参考建议。
Sulfur recovery process is a key step in zinc sulfide concentrate hydrometallurgy by pressure leaching,the equipment selection is particularly important in this complex sulfur recovery process.The theoretical analysis and practical summary of equipments like sulfide concentrate flotation,filtration,melting and molten sulfur filtration and granulation in sulfur recovery process was introduced in this paper.Suggestions for the design and selection of main key equipment for sulfur recovery are provided.
