烟化炉烟灰硫酸化焙烧-低酸浸出试验研究

摘要 试验研究了硫酸化焙烧-低酸浸出工艺从烟化炉中浸出锌,考察了焙烧条件(酸料质量比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间)以及浸出条件(温度,时间)对锌浸出率的影响。结果表明,在焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间1 h,98%浓硫酸与烟化炉烟灰质量配比为60%的最佳焙烧条件,浸出时间15 min,浸出温度20℃,锌浸出率可达93.20%。 The sulfuric acid roasting low acid leaching process was studied to leach zinc from fuming furnace,and the effects of roasting conditions(mass ratio of acid to soot,roasting temperature,roasting time)and leaching conditions(temperature,time)on zinc leaching rate were investigated.The results showed that the zinc leaching rate could reach 93.20%under the optimum roasting conditions of 600℃roasting temperature,1.0 h roasting time,60%mass ratio of 98%concentrated sulfuric acid to smoke furnace ash 60%,and leaching time 15 min and leaching temperature 20℃.
