摘要
为提升粗铋产量,有效回收铋渣中贵金属,湖南某厂对侧吹炉处理氧化铋渣熔炼工艺与过程控制进行了试验研究,通过控制不同工艺条件及对比试验等途径,探索出还原煤配料比在4%~5%,重质碱5%,硫精矿15%~20%,炉顶温度800~1000℃时,产出Bi≥65%,Cu≤2%的合格粗铋;Ag金属直收率由原来的70%上升至87%,氧化铋渣单位熔炼成本下降59%,经济效益显著。
In order to increase the output of crude bismuth and effectively recover the precious metals in the bismuth slag,the smelting process and process control of the bismuth oxide slag treated by the side-blown furnace in Hunan were studieel.When the ratio was 4%~5%,the sulfur concentrate was 15%~20%,and the furnace top temperature was 800~1000℃,the qualified crude bismuth with Bi≥65%and Cu≤2%is produced;Ag metal increases from 70%to 87%,and the unit smelting cost of bismuth oxide slag decreased by 59%,which has significant economic benefits.
