关键链法在石油化工建设工程中的应用

摘要 关键链法是在石油化工工程中应用最为广泛的一种项目管理方法,它可以在项目的各个环节中对工作工期进行科学合理的安排,为石油化工建设工程的顺利实施提供必要的保障。关键链法是以项目进度计划为基础,按照项目工作内容对关键路径进行识别,然后根据这些关键路径中各作业之间的关系对其进行合理调整和控制,以最终确定项目实施方案的一种管理方法。对于石油化工建设工程来说,关键链法是一种非常有效且实用的方法。但是在实际应用中存在一定缺陷和不足,因此,应从石油化工建设工程的实际出发,在不断总结经验教训的基础上不断提高对关键链法的认识,并将其合理地运用到石油化工建设工程中去。 The critical chain method is the most widely used project management method in petrochemical engineering.It can scientifically and reasonably arrange the work duration in each link of the project,and provide necessary guarantee for the smooth implementation of petrochemical construction projects.The critical chain method is a management method based on the project schedule,which identifies the critical path according to the project work content,and then reasonably adjusts and controls the key path according to the relationship between the operations in these critical paths to finally determine the project implementation plan.For petrochemical construction projects,the critical chain method is a very effective and practical method.However,there are certain defects and deficiencies in the practical application,which requires relevant personnel to be able to proceed from the actual situation of petrochemical construction projects,constantly improve their understanding of the critical chain method on the basis of constantly summing up experience and lessons,and reasonably apply it to the petrochemical construction projects.
