In 2020,the oil industry will face the dual challenges of the global outbreak of the COVID-19 and low oil prices,which will add great uncertainty to the implementation of overseas projects.In this context,the difficulties and risks of the Mexico project itself face greater pressure.The operators from CNOOC,taking safety as the red line,have formed a set of innovative drilling management and control modes for deepwater projects in Mexico through systematic,flat and digital management methods,and have successfully applied them in deepwater projects in the Gulf of Mexico,achieving fruitful results.
