Analysis on Corrosion Mechanism and Maintenance Protection Measures of Steel Refined Oil Storage Tank

成品油罐防腐管理对于延长储罐使用年限具有重大意义。以成品油储罐的腐蚀机理为切入点,从混凝土基座断裂造成罐底腐蚀、储罐内部腐蚀机理、储罐外腐蚀等几个维度展开分析。最后详细介绍了储油罐维护管理的对策,如合理运用阴极保护技术、合理运用不断缓蚀剂等,以全面增强储罐性能。

Anticorrosion management of finished oil tank is of great significance for prolonging the service life of storage tank.In this paper,the corrosion mechanism of the product oil storage tank is taken as the starting point,and the corrosion of the tank bottom caused by the fracture of the concrete base,the corrosion mechanism of the tank interior and the corrosion of the tank exterior are analyzed from several dimensions.In the end,the countermeasures for storage tank maintenance and management,such as rational use of cathodic protection technology and continuous corrosion inhibitor,are introduced in detail,hoping to lay a foundation for comprehensively enhancing the performance of storage tank.
