基于现代学徒制的高职药学专业《药物化学》实践教学改革成效

Effect of Practical Teaching Reform of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in Higher Vocational Pharmacy Specialty Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

西安医学高等专科学校联合西安怡康医药集团公司开展“产教融合”合作,共同承担药学专业现代学徒制人才培养模式试点,在合作过程中进行了《药物化学》课程实践教学改革,发现基于现代学徒制的高职药学专业《药物化学》实践教学改革成效显著。在开展现代学徒制人才培养模式改革的过程中,教学过程的参与者积极转变实践教学观念,根据本校学生就业方向和课程教学特点,积极开展实践教学方法改革,对实践教学方法、过程、教师等进行重构,提升课程教学质量,为实现本专业人才培养目标提供有力支撑。

Xi'an Medical College and Xi'an Yikang Pharmaceutical Group Co.,Ltd.jointly carried out the"integration of production and education"cooperation,and jointly undertook the pilot of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode for pharmaceutical specialty.During the cooperation process,the practical teaching reform of Pharmaceutical Chemistry course was carried out.This paper summarized this,and found that the practical teaching reform of Pharmaceutical Chemistry in higher vocational pharmacy specialty based on the modern apprenticeship system has achieved remarkable results.In the process of carrying out the reform of the modern apprenticeship talent training model,the participants in the teaching process actively changed the concept of practical teaching,actively carried out the reform of practical teaching methods according to the employment direction of students and the characteristics of curriculum teaching,reconstructed the practical teaching methods,processes,teachers,etc.improved the quality of curriculum teaching,and provided strong support for achieving the goal of talent training in this specialty.
