本质安全设计对于精细化工项目的安全生产意义重大,对于精细化工项目来讲,其具有更多的反应单元,工艺流程上存在更多的干扰因素,安全风险更高,因此除了基本的安全管理以外,还要做好本质安全设计。结合精细化工项目特点,对本质安全设计要点和方法进行了分析。

intrinsic safety design is of great significance to the safety in production of fine chemical projects.For fine chemical projects,it has more reaction units,plus in the process flow,there are more interference factors,security risk is higher,so in addition to basic security management,but also do a good job in the nature of security design.In this paper,according to the characteristics of fine chemical engineering project,the essential safety design points and methods are simply analyzed.
