松江区一般固体废物跨省利用现状及对策

Status and Countermeasures of General Solid Waste in Songjiang District

以松江区近两年开展的一般固体废物跨省利用备案数据为基础,通过梳理备案主体、备案数量、主要种类和移入省市,发现跨省利用备案的多为综合利用价值较高的种类,且移入的主要省市符合就近处理原则,但办理的单位多为收集单位,其经营地址存在不确定性,也未形成转移情况上报制度,存在环境风险,提出要扩大宣传、统筹利用设施建设、推行转移联单制度和完善后监管体系的对策建议。

In songjiang district in recent two years of general solid waste across the province using record data on the basis,through combing the record subject,the number,main types and moved into the provinces,found across the province using the record for high types of comprehensive utilization value,and moved into the main provinces and cities to the nearest processing principle,but the unit for collection unit,the business address uncertainty,also did not form transfer report system,environmental risks,put forward to expand propaganda,promote transfer single system and improve the supervision system of countermeasures and suggestions.
