基于SCADA/PMU混合测量的变电站状态估计

摘要 变电站是电力系统的重要组成部分,变电站数据的可靠性和准确性至关重要。为了进一步提升变电站状态估计的可靠性,提出一种基于SCADA/PMU混合测量的变电站状态估计方法。首先对PMU数据和SCADA数据进行融合,在充分利用测量数据的同时,减小随机误差对状态估计的影响。然后在此基础上,建立变电站状态估计模型。最后将标准化残差法和量测值突变法结合,提出一种新的不良数据处理方法,以有效避免残差淹没现象。仿真结果表明,该方法能有效提高状态估计的精度。 Substation is an important part of the power system.The reliability and accuracy of substation data is very important.In order to further improve the reliability of substation state estimation,a substation state estimation method based on SCADA/PMU hybrid measurement is proposed.Firstly,PMU data and SCADA data are integrated.While making full use of the measured data,the influence of the random error on the state estimation is reduced.Then,on this basis,a substation state estimation model is established.Finally,the standardized residual method and the measurement value mutation method are combined to propose a new bad data processing method to effectively avoid the residual flooding phenomenon.The simulation results show that the method can effectively improve the accuracy of state estimation.
