摘要 配网调度重点保障重要、关注、敏感、保供电用户等关键用户,大面积停电时,关键用户失压或无法及时复电,将严重影响电网稳定运行和社会影响。目前,态势感知技术已成为发展趋势,但受制于主配图模拼接、配网数据动态变化等原因,涉及大面积停电场景的关键用户态势感知技术研究较少,实现关键用户精准复电的功能实用化存在一定难度。从实用化方向提出改进配网OCS深度优先搜索算法,快速获取主配网数据特征,并建立一套算法,实现配网关键用户态势感知技术,支持快速复电决策,保障电网安全运行和关键用户供电可靠性。 Distribution network scheduling focuses on ensuring key users such as important,concerning,sensitive,and guaranteed power users.In the event of a large-scale power outage,key users lose voltage or cannot restore power in time,which will seriously affect the stable operation of the power grid and the social impact.At present,situational awareness technology has become a development trend.However,due to the main distribution map mold splicing and dynamic changes of distribution network data,there is little research on key user situation awareness technology involving large-area power outage scenarios,and it is difficult to realize the practical application of key user accurate power restoration functions.From the practical direction,the OCS depth-first search algorithm of the distribution network is proposed to improve the data characteristics of the main distribution network to quickly obtain the data characteristics of the main distribution network.A set of algorithms is established to realize the situation awareness technology of key users of the distribution network.The technology supports rapid power restoration decisions,ensuring the safe operation of the power grid and the reliability of power supply for key users.
