摘要
高速公路机电工程是决定高速公路是否开通的关键工程。隧道作为公共场所,其内设备安装的美观显得尤为重要。隧道洞内两侧桥架线条的美观度,直接决定了隧道机电的安装整体效果,但常根据安装经验来进行隧道桥架的安装,没有理论依据,还需反复返工去调整,不仅浪费人力、物力,而且最终线条的美感效果得不到很好呈现。为此提出采用NURBS曲线来拟合桥架的安装线条曲线,然后离散出桥架固定点的垂直坐标点,按照离散的坐标点进行桥架的安装固定,从而达到桥架安装整体平滑顺畅的效果。临清高速项目应用NURBS曲线,得到了很好的桥架安装曲线。
The electromechanical engineering of the expressway is the key project that determines whether the expressway is opened or not.As a public place,the beauty of the equipment installed in the tunnel is particularly important.The aesthetics of the bridge lines on both sides of the tunnel directly determine the overall effect of the installation of tunnel electromechanics.However,the installation of tunnel bridges is often carried out according to installation experience.There is no theoretical basis,and it is necessary to repeatedly rework to adjust,which not only wastes manpower and material resources,but also the aesthetic effect of the final line is not well presented.Therefore,it is proposed to use the NURBS curve to fit the installation line curve of the bridge.Then,the vertical coordinate points of the fixed point of the bridge are discretely taken out,and the installation and fixation of the bridge frame are carried out according to the discrete coordinate points,so as to achieve the overall smooth and smooth effect of the bridge installation.The Linqing high-speed project applied the NURBS curve and obtained a good bridge installation curve.
