配网全绝缘可视化低压跨接联络箱的研制与应用

摘要 低压配网作为中心城区供电的末端,其供电可靠性对电力用户的满意度有着最直接的影响。全面开展线路全绝缘化改造,实现线路本质化绝缘,及时、有效地进行低压负荷转移,提高配网灵活运行方式,减少企业和居民的停电次数和停电时间,对提升配网供电可靠性意义重大。其中,跨接线装置能否安全、可靠、快速地投切将成为负荷有效转移的重要因素。现阶段市面上暂无适用于供电公司网架结构特点和规格的带有可见断口的全绝缘低压跨接设备,因此研制能满足用户不停电作业的新型的可见断口的400 V柱上跨接联络箱设备对保证电网安全运行、提升配网供电可靠性具有重要意义,具有进一步推广应用价值。 The low-voltage distribution network is the end of the power supply in the central city,and its power supply reliability has the most direct impact on the satisfaction of power users.It is of great significance to comprehensively carry out the transformation of full insulation of lines,realize the essential insulation of lines,timely and effectively carry out low-voltage load transfer,improve the flexible operation mode of distribution networks,and reduce the number and time of power outages for enterprises and residents.Among them,whether the jumper connection device can be safely and reliably switched off will become an important factor in the effective load transfer.At present,there is no fully insulated low-voltage jumper equipment with visible fractures suitable for the structural characteristics and specifications of the grid frame of power supply companies.Therefore,the development of a novel 400 V column jumping contact box equipment with visible fracture that can meet the user's non-stop operation is of great significance to ensure the safe operation of the power grid and improve the reliability of power supply in the distribution network.This box has further promotion and application value.
