摘要
提出了一种基于状态数字化实时监测功能的新型电缆快速连接装置设计方案,并用于移动储能车实现配网不停电作业。与传统的低压电缆快速连接装置不同的是,该电缆快速连接装置不仅在机械结构上进行了优化改进,而且利用数字化技术实现了对装置内部状态的实时监测。该装置可较好地解决目前配网不停电作业时低压电缆快速插入所面临的问题,满足移动储能车对低压台区侧的多场景需求,达到节能减碳、多能互补和能源高效利用目的。
In this paper,a novel cable quick connector design scheme based on the status digital real-time monitoring function is proposed,and it is used for mobile energy storage vehicles to achieve non-blackout operation of the distribution network.Different from the traditional low-voltage cable quick connector,the cable quick connector proposed in this paper has many problems in the actual application of the current low-voltage cable quick connector.It is not only optimized and improved in the mechanical structure,but also used digital technology to monitor the internal state of the device in real time.The device can better solve the problems faced by the rapid insertion of low-voltage cables in the current distribution network non-blackout operation,so as to meet the multi-scenario demand of mobile energy storage vehicles on the side of the low-voltage platform area,.The purpose of energy conservation and carbon reduction,multi-energy complementarity and efficient energy utilization has been achieved.
