针对公路工程建设与环境保护存在矛盾的问题,G1816乌玛高速(合作至赛尔龙段)高速公路在设计过程中结合黄河流域高质量发现理念,在路基设计中,采用植物防护、构造物预制、使用RPC高强新材料等措施,使填方坡面防护圬工使用量减少83%,挖方坡面防护圬工使用量减少100%,排水构造物圬工使用量减少77%,最大限度降低了对环境的破坏。
