儿童医疗辅导在小儿静脉穿刺护理中的研究进展

Research progress of children’s medical counseling in pediatric venipuncture nursing

本文通过查阅近年来儿童医疗辅导相关文献,对儿童医疗辅导在小儿静脉穿刺护理中的应用方式、效果以及应用过程中的不足及展望进行综述。以推动儿童医疗辅导项目不断优化,促进儿童医疗辅导相关项目应用于临床儿科静脉穿刺护理中。儿童医疗辅导可减轻患儿及家属焦虑、烦躁等负性情绪,提高患儿及家属的依从性、静脉穿刺主动配合度及儿科静脉穿刺操作成功率,帮助患儿尽早康复。

By referring to the literature related to children’s medical counseling in recent years,this article reviews the application methods,effects,deficiencies and prospects of children’s medical counseling in the process of venipuncture nursing to promote the continuous optimization of children’s medical counseling programs and promote the application of children’s medical counseling programs in clinical pediatric venipuncture nursing.Children’s medical counseling can reduce anxiety,irritability and other negative emotions of children and their families,improve the compliance of children and their families,the degree of active cooperation of venipuncture and the success rate of pediatric venipuncture operation,and help the early recovery o f children.
