多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗中医治疗的研究进展

Research progress in traditional Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance

多囊卵巢综合征为内分泌紊乱疾病,多见于育龄期女性,其主要特点为代谢异常和排卵障碍,多伴随不同程度的胰岛素抵抗。后者为发病中心环节,可导致心血管病变,也可增加不孕风险。中医学对此病的研究由来已久,此病病机复杂,位于肝、肾、脾三脏,肾气不足,肝气郁结,脾虚运化失职,气血运行不畅,致使痰湿郁积,胞宫阻滞,冲任亏虚,引发此病。中药方剂、针刺、针药结合、穴位埋线是具有中医特色的治疗手段,不同疗法作用机制不同,各有优势,旨在调理脏腑与脉络,滋补肝肾、健脾除湿,以调节性激素水平,改善糖脂代谢和胰岛素抵抗,也可有效预防并发症,可获得较理想的治疗效果。现将多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗中医治疗的研究进展综述如下。

Polycystic ovary syndrome is an endocrine disorder,which is more common in women of childbearing age.It is mainly characterized by metabolic abnormalities and ovulation disorders,often accompanied by varying degrees of insulin resistance,which is the central link of the disease,can lead to cardiovascular diseases and increase the risk of infertility.The study of this disease in traditional Chinese medicine has a long history,and its pathogenesis is complex.It is located in the liver,kidney and spleen,with deficiency of kidney qi,stagnation of liver qi,dereliction of spleen deficiency in transportation,and poor movement of qi and blood,resulting in stagnation of phlegm and dampness,blockage of uterus,and deficiency of Chong and Ren channels,which leads to this disease.Different therapies have different mechanisms of action and each has its own advantages,aimed at regulating the viscera and veins,nourizing the liver and kidney,strengthening the spleen and dedampness,regulating the level of sex hormones,improving glucose and lipid metabolism and insulin resistance,and effectively preventing complications,which can obtain more ideal therapeutic effect.This article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance.
