女性甲状腺功能减退患者血清性激素水平变化及意义

Changes and significance of serum sex hormone level in female patients with hypothyroidism

目的探究女性甲状腺功能减退患者的血清性激素水平变化及意义。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月贺州广济医院检验科收治的600例甲状腺功能减退女性患者作为甲减组,另选取同期600例健康体检女性为对照组。甲减组实施左甲状腺素钠片治疗,比较甲减组治疗前后与对照组的睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(PRL)、促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果甲减组治疗前的FSH、LH、PRL水平高于对照组,T、E2水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。甲减组治疗后的FSH、LH、PRL水平低于治疗前,T、E2水平高于治疗前(P<0.05)。甲减组治疗后的T、E2、FSH、LH、PRL水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论甲状腺减退会导致血清性激素水平发生变化,通过相关指标的早期检测能帮助患者尽早诊断疾病,为临床诊治提供依据。

Objective To investigate the changes and significance of serum sex hormone level in female patients with hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 600 female patients with hypothyroidism admitted to the Department of Laboratory,Hezhou Guangji Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected as the hypothyroidism group,and 600 healthy women during the same period were selected as the control group.The hypothyroidism group was treated with Levothyroxine Sodium Tablets.The levels of testosterone(T),estradiol(E2),prolactin(PRL),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were compared between the hypothyroidism group before and after treatment and the control group.Results Before treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and PRL in the hypothyroidism group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of T and E2 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and PRL in the hypothyroidism group were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of T and E2 were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in T,E2,FSH,LH and PRL levels between the hypothyroidism group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Hypothyroidism can lead to changes in serum sex hormone level.Early detection of related indicators can help patients diagnose the disease as soon as possible and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
