养正合剂对激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者在内分泌治疗过程中类更年期症状的改善效果

Effect of Yangzheng Mixture on quasi menopausal symptoms using endocrinotherapy for hormone receptor positive patients with breast cancer

目的分析激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者在进行内分泌治疗过程中采用养正合剂治疗对改善类更年期症状效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月中国人民解放军海军安庆医院肿瘤中心收治的100例接受内分泌治疗的激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为实验组(50例)及常规组(50例)。常规组予以康艾注射液治疗,实验组予以养正合剂治疗。比较两组干预前与干预20 d后的症候得分及治疗效果。结果实验组的临床总有效率为96.00%,高于常规组的84.00%(P<0.05)。干预20 d后实验组的失眠、潮热出汗、头痛、心悸得分低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者在进行内分泌治疗过程中采用养正合剂治疗,效果显著,可有效改善患者类更年期症状,具有一定临床价值。

Objective To analyze the effect of Yangzheng Mixture on quasi menopausal symptoms using endocrinotherapy for hormone receptor positive patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with hormone receptor positive breast cancer who received endocrine therapy in the Cancer Center of Navy Anqing Hospital of PLA from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into experimental group(50 cases)and routine group(50 cases)by random number table method.The routine group was treated with Kang’ai Injection,and the experimental group was treated Yangzheng Mixture.The symptom scores before and after 20 days of intervention,and the treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was 96.00%,which was higher than 84.00%in the routine group(P<0.05).After 20 days of intervention,the scores of insomnia,hot flashes,sweating,headache and palpitations in the experimental group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of Yangzheng Mixture in endocrine therapy for hormone receptor positive breast cancer patients has a significant therapeutic effect and can effectively improve the quasi menopausal symptoms of patients,which has certain clinical value.
