小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果

Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma

目的分析小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘治疗中小青龙汤加减的价值,旨在为后续治疗提供指导。方法选取2021年12月23日至2022年12月23日滨州市中医医院收治的56例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(28例)与对照组(28例)。研究组采用小青龙汤加减治疗,对照组采用常规西医治疗。比较两组的总有效率、症状消失时间、中医症候积分、肺功能。结果研究组中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组肺功能高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小青龙汤加减治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿,可有效改善中医症候积分,疗效高,缩短疾病恢复进程,改善预后。

Objective To analyze the value of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma,so as to provide guidance for subsequent treatment.Methods A total of 56 children with cough variant asthma admitted to Binzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 23,2021 to December 23,2022 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group(28 cases)and control group(28 cases).The study group was treated with Xiaoqinglong Decoction,while the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The total effective rate,symptom disappearance time,scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The symptom disappearance time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The lung function of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xiaoqinglong Decoction for the treatment of children with cough variant asthma can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score with high efficacy,shorten the disease recovery process and improve the prognosis.
