子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果

Clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探究子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果。方法选取2020年1月至2022年12月藤县人民医院产科收治的36例产后出血的产妇为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组、研究组,每组各18例。对照组采用缩宫素治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合子宫球囊填塞治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组的止血有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的产后12 h出血量、输血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫球囊填塞联合缩宫素治疗产后出血的临床效果确切,能够减少产后12 h出血量、输血量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Methods A total of 36 puerpera with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Teng County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 18 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the study group was treated with uterine balloon tamponade on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The hemostatic efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum blood loss and blood transfusion in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of uterine balloon tamponade combined with Oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is exact,and it can reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding and blood transfusion 12 hours after delivery,which is worthy of clinical application.
