喜炎平注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果

Clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of pediatric viral myocarditis

目的探讨喜炎平注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床效果。方法选取2021年7月至2022年7月枣庄市山亭区人民医院收治的74例病毒性心肌炎患儿作为研究对象,按照奇偶数法分为参比组(37例)与研究组(37例)。参比组采用喜炎平注射液治疗,研究组采用喜炎平注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗。比较两组左心室射血分数、心肌酶谱指标及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,研究组左心室射血分数及心肌酶谱指标均优于参比组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喜炎平注射液联合磷酸肌酸钠治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效显著,且具有安全性,临床可推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xiyanping Injection combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of pediatric viral myocarditis.Methods A total of 74 children with viral myocarditis admitted to Shanting District People’s Hospital of Zaozhuang City from July 2021 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the reference group(37 cases)and the research group(37 cases)according to odds-even method.The reference group was treated with Xiyanping Injection,and the research group was treated with Xiyanping Injection combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium.The left ventricular ejection fraction,myocardial enzyme profile indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction and myocardial enzyme profile indexes in the research group were better than those in the reference group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Xiyanping Injection combined with Creatine Phosphate Sodium in the treatment of pediatric viral myocarditis is effective and safe,and can be p opularized in clinic.
