静脉滴注硫酸镁配合口服硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果

Clinical effect of intravenous injection of Magnesium Sulfate combined with oral Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension syndrome

目的探讨静脉滴注硫酸镁配合口服硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月至2022年4月解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院(威海院区)收治的60例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组采用静脉滴注硫酸镁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上配合口服硝苯地平控释片治疗。比较两组血压水平、治疗效果及不良母婴结局总发生率。结果治疗后,观察组收缩压和舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良母婴结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论静脉滴注硫酸镁配合口服硝苯地平控释片治疗妊娠高血压综合征,可显著改善患者病情,控制患者血压水平,改善母婴结局。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous injection of Magnesium Sulfate combined with oral Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension syndrome.Methods From January 2020 to April 2022,60 patients with pregnancy hypertension syndrome admitted to the 970th Hospital of Joint Support Force of PLA(Weihai Hospital)were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with intravenous injection of Magnesium Sulfate,and the observation group was treated with oral Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure level,therapeutic effect and overall incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of Magnesium Sulfate combined with oral Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in the treatment of pregnancy hypertension syndrome can significantly improve the condition of patients,control the level of patients’blood pressure and improve the outcomes of mothers and infants.
