改良冰敷法在小儿鼾症等离子射频消融术后护理中的应用

Application of modified ice compress method in the nursing of children with snoring after plasma radiofrequency ablation

目的探究改良冰敷法在小儿鼾症等离子射频消融术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2022年10月兰陵县人民医院耳鼻喉科行等离子射频消融术的100例鼾症患儿作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(50例)和实验组(50例)。对照组采用传统冰敷法,实验组采用改良冰敷法,比较两组护理前后的睡眠质量及并发症发生情况。结果护理后实验组的睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良冰敷法在小儿鼾症等离子射频消融术后护理中的应用效果确切,可改善睡眠质量,降低并发症发生率,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of modified ice compress method in the nursing of children with snoring after plasma radiofrequency ablation.Methods A total of 100 children with snoring who underwent plasma radiofrequency ablation in the Department of Otolaryngology,Lanling People’s Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(50 cases)and the experimental group(50 cases).The control group adopted the traditional ice compress method,and the experimental group adopted the modified ice compress method.The sleep quality before and after nursing and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the sleep quality score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified ice compress method is effective in the nursing of children with snoring after plasma radiofrequency ablation,which can improve sleep quality and reduce the incidence of complications.It is worthy of clin ical application.
