心理护理结合体位护理干预 对无保护会阴分娩产妇的影响

Effect of psychological nursing combined with posture nursing intervention on unprotected perineal delivery puerpera

目的探究心理护理结合体位护理干预对无保护会阴分娩产妇的影响。方法选取2021年1月至2022年8月在临朐县人民医院行无保护会阴分娩的100例产妇作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施心理护理结合体位护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果干预后观察组的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的第一产程和总产程短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的产后会阴情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在无保护会阴分娩产妇中应用心理护理结合体位护理,可有效改善产妇心理状态,缩短产程,降低会阴损伤发生率,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological nursing combined with posture nursing intervention on unprotected perineal delivery puerpera.Methods From January 2021 to August 2022,100 puerpera who delivered unprotected perineum in Linqu People’s Hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given psychological nursing combined with posture nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The first stage and total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum perineum of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological nursing combined with posture nursing in unprotected perineum delivery puerpera can effectively improve the psychological state of puerpera,shorten the labor process,and reduce the incidence of perineal injury,which is worthy of cli nical application.
