快速康复护理模式在妇科子宫肌瘤围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perio-perative nursing of gynecological uterine fibroids

目的探讨快速康复护理模式在妇科子宫肌瘤围手术期护理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至12月于招远市人民医院进行手术治疗的80例子宫肌瘤患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用快速康复护理模式。比较两组围手术期临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果研究组各项围手术期临床指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妇科子宫肌瘤围手术期护理中应用快速康复护理模式,可缩短手术时间、减少术中出血,显著缩短术后康复时间,降低术后并发症风险,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perioperative nursing of gynecological uterine fibroids.Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent surgical treatment in Zhaoyuan People’s Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing model,and the study group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing model.The perioperative clinical indexes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The perioperative clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing model in perioperative nursing of gynecological uterine fibroids can shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding,significantly shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which is worth popularizing.
