基于工程教学新模式的“自动生产线组装与调试”课程的改革与实践

摘要 面对中国制造业转型升级的大趋势,本文以“自动化生产线组装与调试”课程为例,为了合理定义学习成果,明确教学目标,因此从工程教学模式的成果导向出发,对教学过程设计、综合能力培养、考核评价机制等方面提出了具体的改革措施,设计了完整的匹配矩阵,可有效地提升学生在相关专业领域的工程基础知识和实践技能方面的自主学习、综合实践、创新思维和职业素养等能力,以形成该课程教学效果持续优化改进的良性循环机制。 In the face of the general trend of transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry,this paper takes the course Automatic Production Line Installation and Debugging as an example,starting from the OBE result orientation of the engineering education model,reasonably defines the learning achievements,clarifies the teaching objectives,expounds the specific reform measures in teaching process design,comprehensive ability training,assessment and evaluation mechanism,and designs a complete matching matrix,It can effectively improve students'independent learning ability,comprehensive application ability,innovative thinking ability and professional comprehensive ability of basic engineering knowledge and practical skills,so as to form a virtuous circle mechanism of continuous optimization and improvement of the teaching effect of this course.
